With over a decade of hands-on experience in the solar industry and Real Estate, Mr. Sagar has been at the forefront of technological advancements, shaping the landscape from its inception to the present day. His journey in Solar field began with a Master’s degree in Energy, equipping him with profound insights into sustainable solutions. Under his strategic leadership, Solfinite Energy has flourished and we’ve transcended borders, illuminating communities worldwide. Mr. Sagar’s collaborative spirit has forged partnerships with governments, investors, and fellow visionaries. He invests not only in technology but also in our team, fostering a culture of excellence. Dr. Atul Bhave
Research & Development Manager
Dr. Atul Bhave, our esteemed Research and Development Manager, brings over 40 years of experience in the renewable energy field. With a background that includes Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, an M.Tech from the ASEAN Institute of Technology, and a doctorate from Université Paris XII Val de Marne, Dr. Bhave Sir has left an enduring mark. His legacy began as a professor at K J Somaiya College of Engineering, where he nurtured students who now lead the solar industry. Today, he leads Solfinite’s research and development initiatives, driving innovation and shaping our future.
Aniket Dudhal
Operations Director
Mr. Aniket serves as our esteemed Operations Head, leveraging over a decade of experience in the industry. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Automation, he oversees operational excellence with precision and expertise. He manages all facets of operations, including logistics and site coordination, ensuring seamless functionality across our organization. His proactive leadership and strategic acumen are crucial in driving operational efficiency and maintaining our high standards of quality and performance.
Akshay Takkar

Akshay holds a PGD in Engineering from AUT Auckland and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. With over 7 years of international experience, he excels in strategic planning and business development. As the Business Strategy Head at our company, he leverages his deep understanding of new technologies to drive our growth and success. His expertise in market analysis, technology integration, and performance management ensures that our strategic initiatives are effectively executed, positioning us as a leader in the solar energy sector

Technical Director

Dr. Anjali, a dedicated Homeopathy doctor with a profound passion for solar energy, plays an important role in our team as our Marketing Director. With her expertise and strategic insight, she directs and formulates effective marketing strategies for our company. Driven by her commitment to sustainable practices, she focuses specifically on the Pune region, pioneering innovative approaches to expand Solfinite’s footprint through strategic channel partnerships. Her efforts are instrumental in our goal to initially establish a strong presence across Maharashtra and subsequently scale nationwide.
Sammit Dashpute
AI - ML & IOT Head
Sammit Dashpute a final year student specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things, brings a remarkable enthusiasm and forward-thinking approach to our team. His innovative integration of AI & ML technologies seamlessly connects our traditional business activities to automated processes, revolutionizing efficiency. Leveraging IoT, he has enhanced our system performance monitoring capabilities and streamlined preventive maintenance procedures, significantly boosting our after-sales efficiency. Vaibhavi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EXTC) and a PGDM in Service Excellence Management (SEM). She is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Solfinite Energy, where she excels in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Her expertise includes Business Development, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), web content creation, content strategy, and Strategic Content Development.
